Drachman Properties Advisory Committee

The Pima College Governing Board created the Drachman Properties Advisory Committee to develop recommendations for uses for properties located along West Drachman Street on the north side of the Downtown Campus, located at 1255 N. Stone Avenue. Specifically, the committee is directed to recommend:

• uses for the properties involving adaptive re-use of existing structures on the properties
• uses for the properties not involving adaptive re-use of existing structures
• sources of funding external to the College for the recommended uses

Meetings

The Public is invited to attend all of the Governing Board's Drachman Properties Advisory Committee meetings except those portions of the meetings that are held in executive session.
