Out-of-State Students
For PCC students whose residence is outside Arizona, the National Mail Voter Registration Form can be used to register to vote, to update registration information due to a change of name, make a change of address or to register with a political party.
Study Abroad/Military Students
PCC students who are studying abroad and to learn more about military, overseas, and absentee voting, you can visit https://www.fvap.gov/. This website also provides the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), which allows students to register to vote and request an Absentee Ballot Request while abroad, and can be found at https://www.fvap.gov/fpca-privacy-notice.
