Computer Software

Listed below are some of the software discounts and free software available to Pima Community College students.

Free Software

  • Microsoft Office 365
    • For Academic Use:
      • Pima students are eligible for complimentary Office 365 Education accounts, providing a suite of powerful tools to enhance their academic pursuits.
      • To access your academic Office 365 account, simply visit and click "Sign In" using your Pima credentials.
      • If you'd like a detailed walkthrough of the sign-in process, our knowledge base article provides step-by-step instructions.
    • For Personal Use:
      • As a student of Pima, you also have the opportunity to benefit from the Office 365 student discount program for your personal projects and needs.
      • Utilize essential Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to enhance your work. Install these tools on your personal devices by taking advantage of the Office 365 student discount. Learn more on the Office 365 Student Discount Page.
  • AutoCad - Autodesk offers students free AutoCad licensed products.
  • Google G Suite - G Suite is provided to all PCC students – your College email account is part of G Suite.

    To access your G Suite account, go to and click on “Sign In” and, if prompted, choose “G Suite account”.  Enter your PCC email address (it ends with  You will be redirected to the PCC sign on page.  Enter your PCC username and password. Use the nine-dot menu to select an application: Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Hangouts.

College facilitated discounts

Pima is proud to facilitate discounts on Adobe and Microsoft applications for our current students. Students will need to provide proof of current enrollment, such as a current “.edu” email address when purchasing these discounted products. 

  • Adobe and Microsoft Products:  Pima has an agreement with a vendor to provide discounted pricing on Adobe, and Microsoft products to PCC students.  Visit for more information. 

Program facilitated discounts

Several programs provide discounted software to students who are enrolled in program courses (e.g., CIS).  Contact program faculty for more information on these discounts.
