How to use the program

  1. Go to any campus or online bookstore.
  2. Select books and supplies.
  3. Identify yourself to the cashier as a VBR student.
  4. Provide your Pima student ID.
  5. The amount of the purchase will be charged to your student’s account. You will be responsible for paying Pima.

If there is an issue regarding your qualification for the program, have the bookstore staff contact your Veteran Advisor or the Military and Veterans Services Office.

The bookstore receives the authorization directly from the VA and will directly bill the allowed charges to the VA. Those charges will not appear on your Pima account.
