
Work-Study Student Employment
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) program is for students who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). College Work Study (CWS) is for students who identify as an International or DACA Student. These are part-time positions designed to give you real-world work experience while attending college. Only students of Pima Community College may apply for these positions.
Eligibility Requirements
Federal Work-Study
Federal Work-Study provides part-time employment opportunities while you are enrolled in school to help pay your education expenses. To be eligible, you must be attending PCC in an eligible program of study, have completed all FAFSA requirements, demonstrate good satisfactory academic progress and have an unmet need. The Federal Work Study positions are available on campus or off campus at a community service partner organization. We have lots of community service partner locations to choose from but here are just a few to provide an example: United Way, Literacy Connects, Goodwill, and Sporting Chance.
Are you an international or DACA Student?
You may apply to any on-campus work-study position. To be eligible, you must be attending PCC in an eligible program of study, enrolled in at least six credit hours that apply to the program of study and are needed for a graduation requirement, and demonstrate satisfactory academic progress.
