Programs for Kids & Teens

Pima offers youth programs to encourage kids and teens in our community to learn while building academic skills and explore a variety of career options.

Programs

Check out the programs we currently offer children and teens in our surrounding communities:

  • Dual Enrollment
Earn college credit while still in high school. The program allows you to earn high school and college credit for the same course.
  • Pima for Youth
Non-credit instructor-led courses for students ages 9-17. The program promotes life and academic skills, as well as career goal development in a fun, engaging college environment.
  • Educational Talent Search
A free program for low-income teens who will be first-generation college students. The program provides academic, career, and financial counseling and encourages them to graduate high school and complete a college education.
  • Upward Bound
This federally funded college prep program serves low-income, first-generation college students.
  • Theatre Productions
The first Center for the Arts theatre production each season is family-friendly, targeting children in elementary and middle school. This gives parents and teachers the chance to introduce children to an early, enjoyable theater experience
