Ready to turn your business idea into reality? The STRIVE program provides you with essential business skills and support to confidently launch and grow your business—at no cost to you.
In partnership with Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). Funded by the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) and Mission Vivere, STRIVE offers:
- Hands-on entrepreneurship training
- Expert mentorship
- A nationwide support network
- An in-person cohort model that fosters learning and collaboration with peers
Throughout the program, you will develop the skills to launch a successful business and access ongoing support, including potential funding opportunities.
The program begins on Wednesday, January 27, 2027, and meets every Wednesday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. for six weeks.
The program will conclude with a graduation ceremony on Wednesday, March 10, 2027.

STRIVE welcomes:
- Honorably discharged veterans, active duty service members (within one year of discharge), and current or former members of the National Guard or Reserves
- Military dependents (spouses and first-generation children)
- Non-military business owners (if 50% or more of the business is veteran-owned)
- Graduates of other IVMF programs
