Child Passenger Seat Installations

The Pima Police Department has certified child passenger safety technicians who can inspect your child safety seat to ensure that it is in good working order, not a recalled model, compatible with your vehicle, and the appropriate size for your child. The technicians will teach you to correctly install your car seat into your vehicle and answer any questions about the use of child safety and booster seats.

The free service is by appointment only and takes about 1 hour.
