Your official document will be mailed to you within 10 weeks from the end of the semester for spring graduates if all graduation requirements have been met. There is no charge for this document. 

Graduation ceremony participants will not receive their diploma at this event.

Replacement diplomas

Lose your diploma?  A PCC graduate may purchase a duplicate diploma to replace one that has been lost or destroyed.

  • the duplicate will list the date the degree was originally awarded
  • the signatures of College officials may not be the same as those on the original diploma.  It will bear the signature of current College officials

Submit a Request for Replacement or Duplicate Diploma form. The cost is $10 for each diploma. Payment must be made at a Campus Cashier's Office. If you are out-of-state, please contact the Admissions Office at (520) 206-4640 or about payment methods

The new diploma will normally be mailed within 5 weeks of receipt of the request, with payment. Please provide accurate contact information on the form in case we need to get in touch with you.

Name changes on diplomas

Only name changes resulting from legal name changes can be requested on a replacement diploma.

You will need to submit a Change of Student Data form along with the appropriate documentation to establish legal name change. This form is available at any campus, through MyPima, or by calling 520.206.4640.
