College Updates
Help Us Amplify Student Voices
Pima’s marketing is evolving — we’re putting real students front and center to showcase their unique Pima journeys and let their voices shine. Know a student or alum who’d be a great fit? Encourage them to fill out this short form! They can share as much about themselves as they’d like and let us know which marketing projects interest them. With your help, we can feature more students and highlight the wide range of academic paths, interests and goals that make our Pima community so diverse. If you have questions, contact marketing@pima.edu.
Pima Launches New Tool For Students
Student Affairs is launching a new outreach tool. AskPima is an AI-based chatbot powered by EdSights. Starting Aug. 26, AskPima will text a new student pilot group to check in, answer questions and share resources — helping Student Affairs to support student success. AskPima can respond to a wide range of college-related questions, providing real-time information in areas such as belonging, wellness, financial stress and academic engagement. Email pcc-askpima@pima.edu for more information.
Campus Success Coaches Earn National Recognition

The team was commended for its 90% retention rate and innovative strategies to enhance student success, such as this coach video. Learn more here.
2025 Asset Inventory Begins Sept. 2

Start Planning Your 2026-2027 Sabbatical Proposal

Faculty members may apply for their first one-semester (six-month) full-pay or half-pay sabbatical after completing five consecutive academic or fiscal years of full-time service at the College.
