Launch a design career with Pima’s Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technician Certificate. In just two semesters, you’ll learn industry-standard drafting skills using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or SketchUp, preparing you for entry-level jobs in manufacturing, construction, or land development — whichever path you choose.
Career options include drafting and 3D modeling for product design, building systems, land development and more. Industry certifications like CSWA or Autodesk Certified User – AutoCAD and Revit can boost your resume.
Want to go further? Add a third full-time semester for the Parametric Modeler Certificate or a fourth for the CAD Associate of Applied Science degree. You’ll train with experienced instructors and graduate ready to bring design ideas to life across a range of industries. Talk to a program advisor to explore bachelor’s degree options.
