Pima Bernal Gallery 2026 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibit, April 6
Tucson, Arizona — The 2026 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition, hosted by the Louis Carlos Bernal Gallery, brings together the best artwork of the summer, fall and spring semesters by students taught at Pima Community College’s five campuses. Each student could submit up to three works in any category. This year, jurors accepted 53 artworks from more than 200 entries submitted by 80 students.
The jurors were Denise Brito, Learning and Engagement Manager, The University of Arizona Center for Creative Photography (CCP), Tucson; Willa Ahlschwede, Assistant Curator, The University of Arizona Museum of Art (UAMA), Tucson; and Caitlyn Swift, Adjunct Faculty, Arizona State University, Tempe. The jurors also designated 13 awards for works ranging from painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography and digital arts. More than $5,000 in certificates, gifts and financial donations in awards were given to the Bernal Gallery. The gallery and awardees thank the many donors and community members for their generous donations.
