“Thanks to the amazing support of local businesses and the Tucson community, we will be able to reach a wider audience in 2019, where awareness and support to our department and students is our main goal,” said Fashion Design Instructor and fashion show planner Yekatherina Bruner. “We are excited to be adding the educational component to the event as well, as it is the first time that we will be able to offer fashion workshops within the Fashionarte project.”

This past year’s fashion show, which honored Etherton Gallery Founder Terry Etherton, sold out the historic 1,164-seat Fox Tucson Theatre, and included a VIP pre-show cocktail reception attended by approximately 250 guests, as well as a silent auction.

Pima offers a new Associate of Arts, Liberal Arts-Fashion Design concentration that transfers to the Bachelor of Arts Fashion degree at Arizona State University Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Pima also offers a Fashion Design Certificate.
