Open Forum: Chancellor Search, Feb 7, 2024
The College has contracted with Anthem Executive to facilitate the process of searching for a new Chancellor, and there will be significant activity over the next few months to identify the best candidates to serve as the College’s regular Chancellor.
Representatives from Anthem will be in Tucson on February 6th and 7th to get to know the College better, and a series of on-site, hybrid, and virtual meetings for faculty, staff, students, and community stakeholders will help build a successful candidate profile. There is a job description for every position, but what sets one candidate apart from another is how they do what they do, and how well the traits and characteristics they bring align within the organization, culture, and position.
Anthem believes stakeholders should be involved in decisions impacting their area of work and service, and they will truly value your input. Topics will include the traits and characteristics that are important in the next Chancellor, how you will know the individual has been successful after their first 12, 24, and 36 months in their role, and the background(s) and perspectives that would be a value-add to the College
Community members are invited to an open forum on Wednesday, Feb 7, 2024 to share their perspectives with representative from Anthem.
