- Provide modern learning environments for students
- Expand capacity to train for high wage, high demand careers
Center of Excellence in Arts Renovation and Expansion
Modernize space to focus on collaboration and applied learning using state-of-the-art, industry standard technology
- Currently located in outdated facilities that date to the 1970s
- Renovate 18,000 sq ft of existing space West Campus Building L
- Construct a projected addition of approximately 11,500 sq ft
Center of Excellence in STEM
Modernize and expand STEM learning spaces so students and community members can access hands-on, real-world science and engineering experiences that prepare them for tomorrow's workforce
- Remodel existing Building C space at Northwest Campus to serve STEM innovation needs
- Develop a HyFlex classroom on the second floor of Building G as a flexible learning environment to increase student access and enrollment

Create a modern Center of Excellence in Education at the Desert Vista Campus, providing updated classrooms, student gathering spaces, and advanced technology to support flexible in-person and online learning

- Enhance space to accommodate new baccalaureate program
