The EEO/Affirmative Action and ADA office serves as a resource to all members of the College community, by providing advice, counsel, and training related to applicable College policies and practices, as well as related federal and state laws. This office is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws, both federal and state.
In addition, this office is responsible for College-wide coordination of ADA compliance. The office directly administers the employee ADA accommodation request process and the EEO/ADA anti-discrimination complaint process for both employees and students.
This office also develops, under the direction of the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, the College’s Affirmative Action plan.
