Pima for Kids
Pima for Kids and Teen Scene is an innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) enrichment program for youth ages 9-17. Our classes and learning environments promote positive youth development and life skills that are essential for pursuing education and career goals. The courses combine art, science, technology, engineering and math to stimulate creativity and relationship building.
Each class is delivered by educators who create high-quality, interactive educational experiences that inspire learning, discovery and creativity.

Sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a seat in the class of your choice, payment must be received at registration. To register and pay by phone, call student services at 520-206-6468. To register and pay online click on the red arrow above.
Once registration has been confirmed, Continuing Education will email the following forms beginning two weeks prior to class start date:
- Waiver of Liability & Open Door Policy
- Participant Information
Forms must be completed for each minor participant and returned to Continuing Education by the first day of class.
Open Door Policy
All Pima for Kids and Pima Teen Scene locations are open-door facilities. During scheduled class times, participating students are free to come and go at any time. Pima Community College (“PCC”) staff members do not give permission for participating students to leave classes or class locations, nor do they insist the students stay. Decisions about when participating students arrive and when they leave, and with whom, are between participating students and their parent/guardian. It is the responsibility of the students and their parent/guardian to determine, understand, and enforce whatever arrival and departure times and methods they choose. Neither PCC, Pima for Kids, nor Pima Teen Scene are daycare or childcare facilities, and state licensing does not regulate their operation. The parent/guardian of enrolled students will need to sign an acknowledgement of our Open Door Policy. This can be done via email and electronic signature, via FAX or hard copy via mail. We will need to receive the signed acknowledgement prior to the first day of class.

Refund Policy & Class Cancellations
Email email@example.com or call 520-206-6444 to request a refund for a Pima for Kids or Teen Scene class. Refund requests must be received no fewer than seven calendar days prior to the class start date. Refunds will not be issued once a class begins. Noncredit Continuing Education, including Pima for Kids & Teen Scene, is supported by participant fees. A class may be cancelled by Pima Community College ("PCC") due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students are contacted using the information provided during enrollment (phone number and/or email address). Every effort is made to notify participants of cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the class start date.
