Learn to assist in the design, assembly, development, testing and repair of automation, control, electrical, mechanical and electronic components. Includes preparation for the National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) and other certifications.
What can I do with this certificate?
Career Options: Entry-level employment as a Automation Engineer Technician, Electronics Assembly Technician or Maintenance and Instrumentation Level I in manufacturing, defense, energy/utility, mining and healthcare industries.
Academic Options: Pursue the Associate of General Studies degree or an Associate in Applied Science degree.
