Program Outcomes - Administration of Justice Studies AA
Upon successful completion of the Administration of Justice AA program, the learner will be able to:
- Create and contribute to an environment conducive and accepting of in-depth analysis and critique of social policy and social justice issues as it relates to socioeconomic status, race, gender, ethnicity, and culture.
- Analyze the United States legal system, describing the sources of law, the branches of government, and the federal and state court systems.
- Analyze cases to ascertain legal precedents and apply them to hypothetical fact patterns.
