Program Outcomes - Administration of Justice Studies AA

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the Administration of Justice AA program, the learner will be able to:

  1. Create and contribute to an environment conducive and accepting of in-depth analysis and critique of social policy and social justice issues as it relates to socioeconomic status, race, gender, ethnicity, and culture.
  2. Analyze the United States legal system, describing the sources of law, the branches of government, and the federal and state court systems.
  3. Analyze cases to ascertain legal precedents and apply them to hypothetical fact patterns.
