Admission & Orientation

This program is a special admissions program.  Students need to complete all of the following steps in order to be admitted into the program:

Course Sequence

Fall (1st Semester)

  • WRT 101 - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • MAT 097 - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • BIO 201H or BIO 160IN - 4-5 credits; 16 weeks
  • CSA 100 - 1 credit, 16 weeks
  • Arts - 3 credits, Select from AGEC-A Fine Arts list

Spring (2nd Semester)

  • WRT 102 - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • BIO 202IN or CHM 130 IN - 4-5 credits, 16 weeks
  • CSA 110 - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • Humanities - 3 credits, Select from AGEC-A Humanities list

Summer

Fall (3rd Semester)

  • CRC 101 - 3 credits, 1st 8 weeks
  • CRC 110 - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • CRC 201 - 3 credits, 2nd 8 weeks
  • CRC 230 - 2 credits, 2nd 8 weeks
  • Social & Behavioral* - 3 credits, Select from the AGEC-A Social & Behavioral Sciences list

Spring (4th Semester)

  • CRC 240 - 4 credits, 16 weeks
  • CRC 250 - 3 credits, 1st 8 weeks
  • CRC 260IN - 3 credits, 16 weeks
  • CRC 270 - 3 credits, 2nd 8 weeks

Summer

  • CRC 291 - 3 credits, 5 weeks

* Students should follow the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC-A) when selecting support courses.  It is recommended to complete PSY 101, SOC 101 and/or ANT 112.
