Professional/Continuing Education Units (CEU)

What is a CEU?

CEUs are a standard unit of measurement for continuing education and professional development activities. One CEU is equivalent to 10 classroom hours.

Pima offers CEU courses designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest practices, techniques and skills in your profession, hone knowledge in preparation for profession testing, support you in preparing for career advancement or increase your skills to improve success for the next job. At the end of each CEU course, you receive a Certificate of Completion to demonstrate your commitment to growing skills for your workplace or profession.

Are you a professional interested in continuing education units (CEU) for licensure or certification renewal?  Many continuing education career and professional courses qualify for CEUs, including both instructor-led and online classes. The knowledge and skills you gain by completing continuing education online courses and certificates may be supported by employer education reimbursement.

If your company is interested in developing specific employee skills, PCC may offer them customized CEU courses. Ask us how.
