Join PCC instructor Jerry Gill, Ph.D. during the April 26 Arts and Humanities Lecture Series.  The lecture starts at 6 p.m., at the PCC East Campus, Community Room, 8181 E. Irvington Road.

Gill’s presentation, “Transcendence Anyone?,” is based on the works of modern philosophers Søren Kierkegaard, Ludwig Wittgenstein and Nikos Kazantzakis and their search to understand the transcendent nature of the universe.  His talk also will include an overview of how they approached transcendence in religion and philosophy, with reference to Gill’s own approach.

His talk will be followed by a panel discussion with adjunct faculty members Suzanne Morrison, Ph.D., and Gerald Peters, and will conclude with an open forum discussion. The event flier has details.
