History of the Outage:
West Campus computer systems have been experiencing brief, intermittent network problems over the past week. Earlier problems with telephones appear to be resolved. Wireless devices are not affected.
We apologize for the situation. Information Technology staff have been working diligently to resolve the issue.
The latest updates are below. We will post updates several times a day until all problems have been addressed.

Last night began testing and redirecting West Campus network traffic to different network equipment. We will monitor the situation closely today, as we will need to wait for network traffic to build during the day before we can fully test this solution. The next update will be at 1 p.m. unless circumstances warrant an earlier posting.

Wireless devices are not experiencing any problems, and telephones are not experiencing any problems. The network issue is limited to the West Campus. The team is currently developing longer-term solutions to the problem. An additional systems engineer from our consulting firm will be on-site later on today. The next update will be at 4 p.m.
