Pima’s Culinary Arts degree courses teach you advanced cooking techniques and knife skills up to American Culinary Standards, but also give you the necessary foundation in problem solving, strategizing and marketing for day-to-day operations in a restaurant or your own business.
Courses focus on cold foods, hot foods, baking, nutrition/special diets, international cuisine, safety and sanitation, and restaurant operations. Students may supplement their knowledge with courses in Business, Marketing, and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
