United Way Campaign
A message from Chancellor Roy Flores
Pima Community College is a longtime champion of the United Way campaign. The 2009 United Way campaign begins October 26th. I hope that you will support this important community endeavor.
The College offers a payroll deduction plan to those who wish to give to the agencies supported through United Way. You can designate where you want your donation to go, including the PCC Foundation’s Fund for Excellence and the Desert Vista Endowment. The Fund for Excellence supports student scholarships. The Desert Vista Endowment receives a dollar-for-dollar match from the federal government, and provides annual scholarships and funds for program development and facilities.
The United Way is a most effective way to help those in need.
The 2009 PCC United Way Campaign kicks-off in October 2009. Funds will be used to support programs and services in our community throughout 2010.
