Procedures for Code of Conduct Investigations
The purpose of these policies and procedures is to provide for the orderly administration of the Student Code of Conduct consistent with the principles of due process of law.
Reasonable deviations from these procedures will not invalidate a decision or proceeding unless actual prejudice to the student may result.
An Outline of Procedures is available that gives an overview of the formal complaint and investigation procedures.
