Where can I use a computer or print from a disk?
At the Computer Commons located on each campus.

Who can use the Computer Commons?
Anyone with a current student ID card.

Are there any tutors on campus?
Yes, free tutors are available on a walk-in basis. Locations and phone numbers are available online.

How can I leave a message or homework for my instructor?
Check the course syllabus for contact information. Messages and homework can also be left at the campus where the class meets.

How do I order an official or unofficial transcript?

What do I do if I don't agree with my grade?
Try to resolve the problem with your instructor first. If you can't resolve the problem, submit a formal complaint to the Dean of Instruction within 90 days of the session's end. More information on student rights is available online.

What do I do if I have a complaint about an instructor or staff member?
Visit the complaint procedures page for information about Pima's complaint process.

Who can use the library?
Both students and the general public can use Pima's Library.

Where do I go if I lose something, lock my keys in my car or need to find a student?
Contact the Campus Police.
