How to Register by Phone

• Have your completed registration form ready, including:
  • Your student ID number
  • Your birthdate (in MMDDYY format) or your PIN
  • The five-digit Course Reference Numbers (CRNs) of your courses
• Call MAX 2000 at 206-4880.
• You are now in the main menu. Press 1 to select the registration menu.
• From the registration menu, press 1 to select the drop/add or list schedule menu.
• From the drop/add or list schedule menu, select the semester you're registering for.
• When prompted, enter your student ID number, and birthdate (in MMDDYY format) or PIN.
• MAX 2000 will check for holds. If you have a hold, MAX 2000 will give you a phone number to call to clear your hold.
• If you have no holds, press 1 to register, add or drop classes.
• Press 1 again to register or add classes; press 2 to drop classes.
• MAX 2000 will prompt you for a CRN for each class. Press an asterisk (*) after each CRN and the pound sign (#) when you're through.
• MAX 2000 will allow you to listen to your schedule and then ask you to confirm your classes.  Registration is not complete until you have confirmed your classes.

How to Pay Fees or Get Your Account Balance

• Call MAX 2000 at 206-4880.
• You are now in the main menu. Press 2 to select the billing menu.
• From the billing menu, press 1 to make a payment or check your account balance.
• When prompted, enter your student ID number, and birthdate (in MMDDYY format) or PIN.
• MAX 2000 will tell you your total charges and payments to date, as well as your current balance.

How to Hear Your Grades

• Call MAX 2000 at 206-4880.
• You are now in the main menu. Press 4 to select the grades menu.
• You are now in the grades menu. Press 1 to list your grades.
• When prompted, enter your student ID number, and birthdate (in MMDDYY format) or PIN.
• MAX 2000 will list your grades for the semester you selected.

Personal Identification Number (PIN)

• If you want to restrict access to your grades, registration and other information, you can use a personal identification number (PIN) instead of your date of birth.
• Your PIN is different from your student ID number.
• To apply for a PIN, go to a campus Admissions Office.
• You must present your photo ID with your application.

Other MAX 2000 Options

• To return to the main menu, press *6 from most prompts.
• To change your PIN, call MAX 2000, press 1 to select the registration menu, then press 3 to change your PIN.
