Prerequisites & Co-requisites

A student registering for a course must

• meet the prerequisites

or

• otherwise satisfy the instructor of his or her preparation to take the course.

An instructor may withdraw a student who does not have the proper prerequisites for the class. Prerequisites may be waived by the instructor.

Co-requisites are courses that are taken simultaneously with other courses.
