Psychology Concentration - Associate of Arts Degree

Explore the science of behavior and mental processes by taking psychology classes focusing on general psychology, psychological statistics, research methods, and other areas of study. 

Students planning to transfer to a university to major in psychology should complete this psychology concentration as part of the Associate of Arts degree, including an AGEC-A.  Complete this concentration exclusively on weekdays, exclusively on evenings/weekends, or in a combination of daytime, evening and weekend classes.

What can I do with my studies in psychology?
Career options:
  after completing a bachelor’s degree, seek employment in the mental health, counseling or personnel fields.

Academic options:  continue studies toward a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related social or behavioral science.
