Pharmacy Technology Certificate - Enrollment Requirements
Students must meet the following requirements before starting this program.

Test higher than REA 091 on PCC assessment, or completion of REA 091 with a grade of "C" or better.

Math assessment score at MAT 122 or higher, or completion of MAT 092 with a grade of "C" or better.

Completion of the following courses with a grade of "C" or better:
Students who have met these requirements should complete a Pharmacy Technology application, which is available below in two formats:
