Employee Development (ED):

ED is your source to:

• Check the calendar of events
• Review the catalog of descriptions
• Register for a workshop
• Print an individual learning report
• Create an individual development plan
• Access Pima Custom Courses
• …and much more!

As of August 1, 2008 all regular employees, adjunct faculty, temporary workers and student workers have access to thousands of learning opportunities, online orientation, and books. 

Getting Started in ED:

1. From the College home page (www.pima.edu)
2. Go to MyPima (right side of the screen under Faculty/Staff)
3. Log into MyPima with User name and Password
4. Select the @Work tab
5. In the Professional Development box, select the link:  Log into ED

To Register for a Workshop:

1. Go to the Catalog link of the navigational bar at the top of the homepage.
2. Select the folder labeled Instructor Led Training. 
3. On the information page there are two choices:  Sessions or Add to My Plan
4. Select Sessions to register. 
5. Go to the bottom of the Sessions page and select a Session Number link.
6. Select Enroll Me.

Your supervisor will receive an email of your scheduled workshop choice.  Once approved, the registration is complete.
