As our society is influenced more by technology, high sensor input and less dependency on personal interaction, we lose the skills associated with sparking a conversation.  Participants will learn simple techniques to inquire and express interest with strangers.

The Strong Interest Inventory® is one of the most widely used career planning tools in publication. Using responses to questions about interests, activities, subjects, and job activities, answers are compared to a national database to identify career similarities.  Participants will use the newly revised Strong Interest Inventory® as a key tool in career coaching. It measures the interests of the individual in 6 general areas, 25 basic interest areas and 109 specific job titles. This interest pattern along with specific coaching assists the individual in identifying career goals and a satisfying work environment.

Effectively interpret Strong results

Identify interest and areas of job satisfaction

Apply interest to Career selection

Tie interest, type and other factors together to complete the career puzzle

Create an ideal job description based on interest
