PCC to commemorate Jan. 8, 2011

Pima Community College employees will ring bells Tuesday, Jan. 8 at 10:10 a.m. as part of a community-wide commemoration of the tragic events of Jan. 8, 2011.
The January 8th Memorial Foundation has encouraged area schools, businesses and other organizations to take part in the bell ringing, which is inspired by the words of the poet Tennyson, who sought to “ring in the common love of good.”
Remembrances are planned at PCC’s District Office, campuses and other facilities.
