PCC Fall Sports Nov. 5 – Nov. 11

The Pima Community College cross country teams will compete in the NJCAA National Championships while the football team closes out its season at home. The basketball teams also enter their second week of regular season play.

The women’s basketball team will play in the Salt Lake Community College Tournament in Salt Lake City, UT on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Aztecs will start tournament play against Snow College on Thursday at 2 p.m. On Friday, the Aztecs will play Salt Lake Community College at 6 p.m. and close out the tournament against Utah State University: College of Eastern Utah (USU-Eastern) on Saturday at 2 p.m.

The men’s basketball team will host the Pima Tournament at the West Campus’ Aztec Gym on Friday and Saturday. The Aztecs will play New Mexico Military Institute on Friday at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, they will host Odessa College (Texas) at 3 p.m.

The cross country teams will be in Ina, IL competing in the NJCAA National Championships at Rend Lake College. The women’s race will begin at 10 a.m. and the men’s race will follow at 11 a.m.

The football team will play its final game of the season against the New Mexico Military Institute at Kino Stadium on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
