Community leaders, neighbors and PCC officials gathered at TUSD’s former Roberts Elementary School in midtown Tucson on Feb. 17 for a ceremony marking the transformation of the school into the new home for a PCC Adult Learning Center as well as PCC’s Public Safety and Emergency Services Institute.
