PCC’s participation in nationwide study subject of TV news story

Pima Community College’s participation in a nationwide study to better gauge the effectiveness of community colleges is the subject of a story on local television station KVOA.

In the story, Vice Provost Dr. Mary Ann Martinez-Sanchez discusses PCC’s role in the Voluntary Framework of Accountability.  Only 50 of the U.S.’s more than 1,100 community colleges are taking part in the VFA.

Chancellor Dr. Roy Flores is on the Steering Committee of the VFA.
