PCC’s Alberding Amble 5K and Fun Run/Walk on April 27 Covers New Atterbury Wash Greenway

February 25, 2013

Tucson, AZ – This year, the 5K course for Pima Community College’s annual Alberding Amble 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk includes part of the new Atterbury Wash Greenway.

The Alberding Amble is Saturday, April 27 at Lincoln Park, with medals awarded to the top three men and top three women in each 10-year age bracket.

Proceeds for the event will be used to fund the Art Alberding Math Scholar Award, presented annually to qualifying PCC students. It is named after Dr. Art Alberding, one of the first members of the Colleges’ math faculty.
