PCC Chancellor Search Committee’s List of Finalists to Be Announced Thursday

Tucson, AZ – The co-chairs of a citizens’ committee spearheading the national search for the next chancellor of Pima Community College will present a list of finalists to the Governing Board on Thursday.

The presentation will take place at a special meeting of the Board beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Board Room (C-105) of PCC’s District Office, 4905 E. Broadway Blvd.

Public forums with the finalists will be held at PCC’s campuses in the coming weeks. A schedule will be announced soon.

The Board approved a 31-member Search Advisory Committee in September 2012. The search committee includes representatives from K-12 and The University of Arizona, as well as local businesses and community groups, and PCC faculty, staff, students and administrators.
