First Day on the Job for New PCC Provost

Tucson, AZ – Dr. Jerome Migler spent his first day as Pima Community College’s Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor on Monday.

Dr. Migler, who was approved in May by the PCC Governing Board, will oversee academics at PCC.

Charlotte Fugett, who served as Acting Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor since March, will return to her home position, President of East Campus.

Acting East Campus President Dr. Nancee Sorenson will reoccupy her former position, Vice President of Student Development at East Campus. East’s Acting VP of Student Development, Jane Worrall, will return to Downtown Campus as Student Services Manager.

Before coming to Pima, Dr. Migler served as the Executive Vice President and Provost of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, Minn. He also has served as Vice President of College Outreach and Dean of Technologies and Services Division at North Dakota State College of Sciences.
