Fact-Finding Team to Visit PCC

Tucson, AZ – The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) has informed Pima Community College that it will conduct a fact-finding visit at PCC in early 2013.

Karen L. Solinski, HLC vice president for legal and governmental affairs, notified Interim Chancellor Dr. Suzanne L. Miles by letter today.

“We welcome the visit by the fact-finding team,” PCC Governing Board Chairman Scott Stewart said. “The Board and the College will cooperate in every way we can.”

In a letter in July, Dr. Miles invited Ms. Solinski to PCC, in response to earlier correspondence from the HLC.
