Registration for PCC Summer Classes Heating Up

Tucson, AZ – Registration for Summer classes at Pima Community College is underway, with credit courses being offered in more than 80 disciplines, from Accounting to Welding.

 PCC offers four sessions of credit classes:

  • Session A (five weeks): Tuesday, May 29-Monday, July 2
  • Session B (five weeks): Monday, July 9-Sunday, Aug. 12
  • Session C (eight weeks): Tuesday, May 29-Wednesday, July 25
  • Session C (10 weeks):Tuesday, May 29 and end Wednesday, Aug. 8

In addition, PCC offers a variety of summer camps and courses for children through Pima for Kids. The College’s diverse offerings range from Lil’ Dragon Martial Arts and Junior Tennis to Video Game Making and the Elements of Babysitting.

All students can apply for admission and register for classes through www.pima.edu. Class schedules for Summer and Fall 2012 are available online, as is a schedule of key dates for summer.

The College is closed on Monday, May 28 for Memorial Day and Wednesday, July 4 for Independence Day, but students may still register online.

The next Governing Board meeting is 7 p.m. on Wednesday,  May 16 at PCC’s East Campus, 8181 E. Irvington Road.
