PCC Center for Integrated Learning Grand Opening

Pima Community College will celebrate the Grand Opening of the Center for Integrated Learning at the Downtown Campus on Friday, Nov. 5, 2010.
Our new Center for Integrated Learning brings together library, computer, tutoring and instructional testing services into one clean, comfortable, well-lit place where students can study, collaborate, do research, get help and meet with faculty. The 7,200-square-foot Center also features WiFi, writable walls, and furniture that can be quickly reconfigured based upon student needs, whether for secure testing, quiet study or collaborative projects.
This project is funded by the United States Department of Education.
- When: 10 a.m.-noon
- Where: PCC Downtown Campus, 1255 N. Stone Ave.
Please assemble at the tent located outside the west entrance to the Library building between the Campus Operations and Roosevelt buildings.
Schedule:
- 10-10:45 a.m.: Guided tour of the Learning Commons, Learning Studios and Faculty Resource Center
- 10:45-11 a.m.: Light refreshments
- 11-11:30 a.m.: Grand Opening ceremony
- 11:30 a.m.-noon: Refreshments and tours continue
