Many online services will be unavailable overnight April 12-13

Due to needed upgrades to some key College software systems many College online services will be unavailable overnight April 12-13.

Beginning: Friday, April 12 at 10 p.m.
Until: Saturday, April 13 at 6 a.m.

During this period, College online services that will be unavailable include, but are not limited to:

  • MyPima, including MyPima Course Homepages
  • Student email
  • Online registration
  • Financial aid status
  • Online admissions
  • Posting/viewing grades and transcripts
  • Online class schedules and course descriptions
  • Online fee payments

We estimate that access to MyPima, student email and MyPima course homepages will be restored by 2 a.m.  Restoration of other services will require the longer outage window.

D2L will not be affected by this  outage.  During this time period, click on any MyPima icon on the public website to find a link to D2L.

College staff will be working as quickly as possible to perform the needed upgrades.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
