The Office of the Chancellor through the Vice Chancellor, Finance and Administrative Services, delegates authority and responsibility to the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Administrative Services and Facilities to establish and enforce a key control program for all campuses and centers of the College. This program may include but is not limited to: Authorization, Distribution, Control, Maintenance, Responsibility, and Operational Procedures.
