Pima County Community College District reaffirms its commitment to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, or on the basis of membership as set forth in USERRA, or any other basis which is proscribed by law. It is the policy of Pima County Community College District that equal employment opportunity can only be achieved through demonstrated leadership and aggressive implementation of a viable affirmative action program. Therefore, the Pima County Community College District affirmative action and equal employment opportunity policy sets forth responsibilities for administrators, supervisors, faculty, staff and all other members of the College.
