New Software & Interface 
In November 2007, PCC implemented new software to deliver Pima Reports.  This interface provides access to existing Oracle reports as well as new reports written for the new software, Crystal Reports.

In the next year, existing Oracle reports will be reviewed and rewritten as Crystal Reports.  When the revised reports have been created and tested the older reports will be replaced.

This report repository will also be used to provide access to some official published reports in Excel, Word or PDF formats. 

New Functionality
The new reporting system enables authorized users to schedule reports and to receive report data in a wide variety of formats.  Reports can also be automatically emailed to users.  Programmers can design reports to display report data in tables, chart or graphs as appropriate.

Availability
The report login screen is linked from the Pima Reports web page (pima.edu/pimareports) and from the @Work and Teach/Advise tabs in MyPima.

The system is available from on- and off-campus.
