College Updates
Update: Provost Let’s Chat Sessions There are two remaining Let’s Chat Sessions with Dr. Suzanne Miles, Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Services for this academic year. The previously reported date for the Northwest Campus was incorrect.
The upcoming Let’s Chat Sessions will be:
April 29: Downtown Campus Cafeteria at noon May 6: Northwest Campus Cafeteria at noon
Cyclical Review Informational Meetings Cycle I job families are scheduled for classification cyclical review this fiscal year. If you are in one of these job families, please attend one of the scheduled meetings listed below. You are welcome to attend a meeting at any location. All eligible employees are encouraged to participate in the review. Classifications are used in the current Performance Evaluation tool, Job Announcements and Step Progression plans. Your input is very valuable to ensure we have current and concise descriptions of the work. All sessions will be facilitated by Sam McGlone, HR Advanced Analyst. She can be contacted by calling 206-4632.

Rapid Registration on Saturday, April 25, 2009 will take place at the following locations:

PCC Softball Team Advances to Regional Tournament The PCC softball team will be the second seeded team in 2009 Region I tournament. The tournament will begin May 1, 2009 in Prescott.
Volunteer at Graduation! A limited number of volunteer opportunities are available for the May 21, 2009, Graduation ceremony. The time commitment varies from one and a half to three hours in the evening. Contact Craig Winters if you are interested in volunteering.
