OPPORTUNITY FOR PART-TIME TEACHING

Pima Community College is seeking qualified applicants to teach clinicals in the discipline of Nursing.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Primary duties are to teach courses in Nursing to a diverse student population with an emphasis in one or more of the following areas:Medical/Surgical or Maternal-Child/Pediatric or Mental Health nursing. Faculty will be required to provide instruction in community clinical environments.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Nursing, Master’s degree preferred
  • Current Arizona R.N. license in good standing or multi-state privilege to practice in Arizona license in good standing, and
  • Three years recent experience (within the last five years) as a professional nurse providing direct patient care
