After Taking the Test

Test Results

  • Go to www.GED123.org and type in the access code you were given after your registration session.
  • Are not available over the phone, fax, or email.
    • If you have lost your access code, you will have to come in person to the GED Administration office located at 401 N Bonita Ave with your photo identification
  • Diploma should arrive by mail approximately 1-2 weeks after your last test is taken and you have passed all five subjects.

Retaking the Tests

  • You only have to retake the individual test you did not pass.
  • You can retake any test that you did not pass after waiting for 30 days and provided you have not exceeded the limits a test can be taken in any calendar year.  Additionally, you must have taken all five portions of the GED exam before any retest can be scheduled.
  • You can retake a test you have passed in order to raise your total score to 2,250 or higher provided.
  • You need to call the GED Hotline at (520) 206-6GED (6433) to schedule an appointment for retesting.
  • It costs $15 for each subject test you retake.
    • You may pay by cash, check, money order, credit/debit card at the Community Campus Cashier’s Office. You will be given two copies of your receipt. You will be required to present one copy of your receipt of payment to the GED testing representative at the time of your scheduled retest.

  • Your highest score will always count if your retest score is lower.
  • You are encouraged to attend a GED preparation class before retesting.

Transcript Requests

Submit a GED Transcript Request Form to the Arizona Department of Education, (602) 258-2410.

Duplicate diplomas are not provided.

GED Graduation Ceremony

PCCAE contacts graduates in the spring with information about its GED graduation ceremony, usually held in May or June at the Tucson Convention Center Music Hall. The next ceremony is tentatively scheduled for June 3, 2010.
